Abstract: The water cleaning process in changsha No. 8
water Plant uses flap flocculation reaction, advec- tion
sedimentation and air-water backflush filter tank, and the outlet
water from the flocculation tank and sedimen-tation tank is
collected, stored, adjusted, thickened and dewatered through a
centrifuge. DCS automatic monitoring and controlling system is used
for the whole plant. Graphite cast iron pipes and steel pipes are
used for the water supply and distribution pipe network. In the past
more than two years since the process was put into operation, the
quality of the effluent water has been completely conforming to the
standard fOr first-grade domestic drinking water specified in
Appendix A to Code for Planning of Municipal Water Supply Works
(GB50282-98) and meeting the requirements of Hygienic Specification
for Quality of Domestic Drinking Water (2001). Keywords:

长沙市第八水厂是长沙市市政工程重点建设项目。是采用国内BOT方式筹集内配资金和利用日本政府贷款建设的一座现代化水厂,设计供水总规模为50×104m3/d,水厂出水水质按《城市给水工程规划规范》GB50282-98附录A中的一级水质指标控制,工程总投资60153万元人民币。整个工程由取水工程、净水厂、配水工程三部分组成。一期工程于2000年9月底投产运行,运行期间的产水量和出厂水水质均符合设计要求。
1 取水工程
水源:湘江;取水点:猴子石(位于市区上游,一级水源保护区内);设计洪水位:37.92m(P=1%);校核洪水位:8.50m(P=0.33%);设计枯水位:23.50m(P=99%);设计枯水流量:263m3/s(P=97%)。 1.1
取水头部 取水头部设计规模为50×104m3/d,采用棱形,钢筋砼结构,L×B×H=18.50m×3.00m×5.18m,置于湘江猴子石水流深槽,下部嵌入基岩,采用侧面进水方式,进水窗口设拦污栅条,缝宽50mm,栅缝与湘江水流方向成45°夹角,进水窗口上缘位于99%保证率枯水位下2.35m,进水窗口下缘距河床面0.75m。 1.2
原水自流管道 原水自流管道采用D1820×14钢管2根,单根长30m,管道设计流速1.25m/s,采用预制吊装,水下管箍连接,沿河床铺设,管顶复卵石0.7m。 1.3
取水泵房 取水泵房临江边建设,土建设计规模为50×104m3/d,泵房筒体为圆形,钢筋砼结构,内径D=26m,操作平台以下高度28m,泵房与吸水井合建。一期工程按25×104m3/d安装设备,采用4台水泵,其中1台大泵为XY56-16B,配10kV风冷式电机,2000kw/台,2台中泵为32SA-10),配10kV风冷式电机,1000kw/台,1台小泵,28SA-10B,配10kV风冷式电机,560kw/台。二期工程时将小泵28SA-10B更换为XY56-16B,届时装机容量达6000kw,最大运行容量4000kw。载重汽车可直接开进泵房内起重平台。 1.4
原水输水管线 原水输水管线采用2根D1602×12钢管,设计流速1.58m/s,一期工程铺设1根,单根长850m。
