混凝处理是给水排水处理中最常采用的一种水处理方法,而混凝处理的关键是混凝剂的选择。混凝剂的研制及其混凝特性研究,对于新型混凝剂的研究开发和水处理技术的发展,具有重要的实际意义。聚合氯化铝(PAC)[1~3]和聚合硫酸铁(PFS)[4,5]等无机高分子混凝剂的研制和应用,大大促进了混凝剂的研究和混凝技术的发展。但铝盐混凝剂残留铝的环境效应[6]、铁盐混凝剂的腐蚀性以及它们在处理低温低浊水时所遇到的困难,向人们提出了新的问题。20世纪90年代之后聚硅酸盐类混凝剂的研制成功[7,9],克服了以往单纯铝、铁盐类混凝剂的缺点,使无机高分子混凝剂的研......

Coagulation Characteristic and Influencing
Factor of Polyferrous Sulfate Silicate

Abstract The coagulant of polyferrous sulfate silicate(PFSS) was prepared from ferrous sulfate and sodium silicate. The influences of the mole ratio of SiO2 to Fe, the mass concentration of PFSS, and the pH and temperature of water on coagulation performance were investigated. The coagulate sedimentation process of PFSS was researched by an on-line operation system of spectrophotometer and function recording instrument. The experimental results show that the coagulation performance of PFSS was strengthened with the increasing of the mole ratio of SiO2 to Fe and the temperature of water. Compared with ferrous sulfate, PFSS can be used in a wide pH range, and the flocculation and sedimentation performance of PFSS are higher than ferrous sulfate. When the mole ratio of SiO2 to Fe was changed from 1:1 to 1:2, the turbidity of water is 20NTU, and the mass concentration of PFSS is 0.75mg/L, the treated water turbidity can be decreased to 2NTU under the condition of pH > 7.
