Preparation and Application of Tego Bactericides

Abstract: As new germicidal agents, the Tego bactericides belong to the amphoteric surfactants. They have such virtues as broad spectrum bactericidal effect,low mammalian toxicity and sludge stripping effect etc. Consequently, they meet the demands of the modern germicidal agents. The preparation procedures and the characteristics and applications of the Tego bactericides were introduced here. It can be concluded that the Tego bactericides can be applied in many fields. Compared with the other germicidal agents,they have low mammalian toxicity. Moreover, they thus do not cause eye and skin irritation. The above advantages of the products will broaden the wide application of the Tego bactericides.

1 引言
目前工业循环冷却水系统中,微生物产生的障碍比较突出。微生物在管壁上的生长繁殖,使水质恶化,也大大增加了水流的阻力,引起管道的堵塞,还严重地降低了热交换器的传热效率,甚至造成垢下腐蚀,以致使管道穿孔,设备报废,发生停产检修等等事故。为了控制微生物的生长及其造成的危害,就必须投加杀菌灭藻剂、污泥剥离剂。目前对药剂高效低毒的要求越来越高了,因此要立足于污泥、污垢剥离,以抑制菌藻繁殖和减少他们的危害。常用的污泥剥离剂有松香胺和一些两性剥离剂。[1-3]
羧酸型α-亚氨基乙酸系两性表面活性剂,即N-烷基甘胺酸系,其开发最早并具有代表性的两种结构,统称“Tego”型α-亚氨基乙酸系两性表面活性剂,通式为:R1(NHCH2CH2)2NCH2COOH,(R1NHCH2CH2)(R2NHCH2CH2)NCH2COOH,其中R1为C8~18烷基,R2为C8烷基,是一种具有较强杀菌能力且毒性低和具有污泥剥离作用的杀菌灭藻剂。
已发表有关Tego型两性表面活性剂的杀菌性能Tego型杀菌消毒剂发展到现在已有很多品种,产品主要结构式列入表1 [4]。

2 十二烷基胺乙基甘氨酸制备
十二烷基胺乙基甘氨酸制备方法有5种,各制备方法如下所述:
①将氯代十二烷与乙二胺反应制得十二烷基乙二胺,再与一氯乙酸反应制得十二烷基氯乙基甘氨酸。反应式如下[5]:
C12H25Cl+H2NCH2CH2NH2→ C12H25NHCH2CH2NH2
