Abstract:The measure of using tertiary treated wastewater,instead of natural water resource,is promoted by Beijing municipality to solve the problem of lacking of water in Beijing and use the water resource properly. After deeply treatment of secondary treated water from wastewater treatment plant is called tertiary treated wastewater. It is widely used in many ways. For our present purposes,it is mainly used as:1.garden virescence water,including virescence water,supplement water for the river and cleanout water for the washrooms and roadways in the gardens;2. water for integrative environment management,such like dust-alleviation;3.water used in residential area,including lavatory cleanout water and virescence water;4.water for car washing;5. industrial cooling water. The project “water resource utilization and wastewater reuse in Gaobeidian Wastewater Treatment Plant”is carried out with the aim of tertiary treated wastewater reuse.PhaseⅠwith a capacity of 300,000m3/d was completed in May.2001 and is put into operation now.Treated effluent is given to the First Power Station as cooling water(200,000m3/d)and the Sixth Water-source Plant as domestic used water(100,00 m3/d)。The construction of the project has great significance in reusing the wastewater and improving the water-system in Beijing.
我国是世界上21个最缺水的国家之一。淡水资源总量居世界第6位,但人均占有淡水量仅居第108位,水资源已成为我国最严重的资源问题之一。北京是一个严重缺水的城市,对于水资源的利用关系到首都经济和社会可持续性发展,是维系北京首都地位的重要因素之一。随着近年来北京经济的飞速发展,人们也越来越认识到环境问题的严重性,不节约用水和无节制的污水排放使得可用的新鲜水源越来越少,负责供应北京用水的几大水库的库容在逐年缩小,其中最大的密云水库按目前的储量只能再供水六年,北京已敲响了水危机的警钟。为了缓解缺水的现状,一方面应努力开采新水源并强调节约用水,另一方面要在污水回用上做文章。所以科学合理地利用水资源成为首要解决的问题之一,早在1987年,市政府就推出了“中水工程建设试运行办法”,把用中水替代新鲜水源这一积极的节水措施提到了议事日程上来。
所谓中水,是污水处理厂将收集来的生活污水、工业废水、雨水等城市污水,在污水厂中经过传统的活性污泥法,达到去除有机物、重金属离子等目的,使污水水质达到河湖排放标准,然后将水送到深度处理厂,经过混凝、沉淀、过滤、消毒传统工艺过程或利用膜技术深度处理,从而得到的水称为中水。在城市生活、生产用水中,约有40%的水是与人们生活紧密接触的,例如洗浴、饮用等,这些方面对水质要求很高,不能被中水替代;还有多达60%的水是用在工业用水、农业灌溉、环卫用水、冲洗地面和绿化用水等方面,其中部分对水质要求不高,若使用中水不仅在水质上完全符合用水标准,而且将节约大量的新鲜水源,有着极好的发展前景。今天,回用水的资源利用问题已经提高到新辟水源的高度上来认识。
高碑店污水处理厂处理水资源化再利用工程就是为了实现中水回用这一目的而建设的项目,是2000年全市50项重点工程之一。工程利用高碑店污水处理厂处理后的水作为水源,东起高碑店污水处理厂,西至西便门。工程一期完工后供水量为30万m3/d,二期完工后供水量47万m3/d.一期供水30万m3/d,其中20万m3/d中水通过管线向北输送到高碑店湖中,供第一热电厂冷却循环用 [1] [2] [3] [4] 下一页
